My State on Sunday 44/52

Weekly Rating: 7/10

Highlight: Saturday was brilliant – Watching England at Twickenham for the first time, before heading to the firework and the fair.

Lowlight: Slacking off at the gym, a 6k run doesn’t make a full week.

Felt: Tired

Watched: Homeland, Masters of Sex, Ripper Street, Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory, Blackfish, Blue Valentine, Hart of Dixie, The Killing, The Blacklist, Nevermind the Buzzcocks, The Wrong Mans, London Irish, Was It Something I Said, Super Sunday, Grey’s Anatomy, Ambassadors, Orange is the New Black, Girls, Celebrity Juice, Question Time, When Tommy met Mo, Grand Designs

Heard: The 20/20 Experience Part 2 by Justin Timberlake, Days Are Gone by Haim, Get Happy by Pink Martini, The Temperance Movement by The Temperance Movement, The Game Podcast, Football Weekly, The Football Ramble, Herring’s Warming Up

Read: Inferno by Dan Brown, GQ 25th Anniversary Issue

Visited: Twickenham Stadium, Blackheath Fireworks, Blackheath Fair, The Lord Northbrook

Want: Christmas to begin. I am fully behind early decorations, be ready by the 29th November

Need: A regular job

Miss: The smell of chlorine

Learnt: I am ridiculously bored with writing this, role on 2014.

My State on Sunday 6/52

Week 6

Weekly Rating: 7/10

Highlight: Kicking on with my rehab.

Lowlight: The distinctly average adverts from the Super Bowl, normal there are at least 3 that are awesome, but no luck this year.

Felt: Pain but its a good pain, the type of pain you have inflicted on yourself(not getting cutty I mean when you push yourself).

Watched: Utopia, Suits, Grey’s Anatomy, J.Edgar and The Rum Diary. If you haven’t seen The Rum Diary, I completely forgot how hot Amber Heard is, apart from that the film is ok, but really she is gorgeous.

Read: The Lost Symbol and a paper by Cass Business School and the Pensions Institute called A Healthier Way to De-Risk, it was riveting as you could imagine.

Visited: Work, Physio Wembley and a Curry House. I saw England play for the first time and we beat Brazil, which was nice.

Want: A snow week, and a snow Birthday.

Need: to stop pushing to hard.

Miss: Being young and partying until 6 in the morning.

Learnt: Very little about the de-risking of pension schemes, far to high academia for me.

My England Squad

221px-england_national_football_team_crest_2012

This is how the England squad should look, in my not so humble opinion

Goalkeepers: Joe Hart (Man City), Rob Green (West Ham), John Ruddy (Norwich)

Defenders: Glen Johnson (Liverpool), Micah Richards (Man City), Phil Jones (Man United), Rio Ferdinand (Man Utd), Joleon Lescott (Man City), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Chelsea), Leighton Baines (Everton)

Midfielders: Theo Walcott (Arsenal), Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (Arsenal), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Michael Carrick (Man Utd), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Scott Parker (Tottenham), Ashley Young (Man United), James Milner (Man City)

Forwards: Wayne Rooney (Man United), Danny Welbeck (Man United), Peter Crouch (Stoke City), Grant Holt (Norwich City)

Standby players: Scott Carson (Bursaspor), Phil Jagielka (Everton), Gareth Barry (Man City), Joe Cole (Lille), Jermain Defoe (Tottenham)

John Terry has been charged with using racist language, and until the conclusion of that trail should not be picked for England. The court case was only moved by the request of Chelsea FC, which he would have sanctioned at some level.
